This one-level cottage has a living room with a gas fire, an open dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The Cottage has a private backyard with a cedar hot tub and a Baby Weber BBQ.

This luxury accommodation has a washing machine, dryer, and clothes rack. All bathrooms have natural toiletries, hairdryers, rain shower heads, underfloor heating, and heated towel rails.

The property is conveniently located near restaurants, cafes, and vineyards, while the neighbourhood provides tranquillity. The beautiful Ocean Beach is a 15-minute drive away.

Bedroom Layout:

• Master: Super King bed with double wardrobes. The ensuite includes a shower, dual vanity, and toilet.

• Bedroom 2: Super King bed with single wardrobe. The shared bathroom includes a shower, single vanity, and toilet.

The Cottage is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway, a girls’ weekend or a family holiday. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. If required, there is a roll-away bed and cot available at an extra cost.
