Happy 2022!
What a challenging year 2021 was, in fact 2020 wasn’t so great either. But it’s a new year and we’re looking forward to seeing what 2022 brings.
Hawke’s Bay is in full swing for a good year and has loads of events planned including, summer and winter F.A.W.C (Food and Wine Classic), the Art Deco Festival, the Hawke’s Bay Marathon, concerts, art festivals and more!
In addition to these, the region also provides visitors with stunning white sand beaches, winery tours, excellent restaurants, unique farmers markets, bike trails, art deco tours, natural reserves, and an aquarium. Summer is the perfect season to explore and enjoy what this region has to offer.
At Te Mata House, we’re feeling very optimistic about 2022. We can’t wait to welcome international visitors and share with them the magic of our historical venue and region. We are hopeful that by the second half of this year, borders will be open again and we can start hosting our international guests. Of course, we want Kiwis to keep on coming too! We’ve loved sharing Hawke’s Bay with visitors across New Zealand and we hope that continues always.
Like many of you, we have set plenty of goals for the year ahead. Ultimately though, we want to continue to improve all we offer our guests so they have the best and most memorable experiences with us. Hawke’s Bay is a beautiful area worth sharing. This year we are planning on partnering with other product and service providers across the region so we can create new and exciting experiences for our guests.
Keep a look out on our website for new packages and start planning your trip to Hawke’s Bay. We can’t wait to greet you! We wish you all a happy new year and hope to see you soon!
